Custom Lithophane (Photo) Lamp

This custom photo lamp - a 3D printed lighted lithophane lamp will be made using your favorite photos. The lamp is crafted with up to six photos (note: with more than 3 photos, the photos will be made into a collage to fit.). It is an all white shade that printed with varying thicknesses that, when lit from the inside, produce a photographic effect that is simply beautiful.

It makes a perfect gift for weddings, anniversaries, memorials, holidays, birthdays, or any occasion you need a unique personal gift.

About our Custom Photo Lamps

What makes our custom photo lamps unique? There are several reasons. The first one is the care I take in making your photos look as good as they can for our lamps - this involves hand cropping and careful editing of contrast, exposure, highlights, and many other settings to create a perfect lamp ready image.

Another important feature of our lamps is the light source itself. Because we use a standard candelabra sized light base, our lights are EASY and INEXPENSIVE to replace should you desire - no need to search for specialty bulbs.

You'll also notice our lamp shades are cylindrical... this allows the light from the bulb to shine equally on the entire shade. If the shade were, for example, a rectangle, it would create a "hot spot" in the image - the light is brighter in the center of the rectangle and darker in the corners.

And as personal testimony, I leave the lamps in my own home on 24/7 and have done so for years :)

Submitting Photos

After placing your order, send your photos to TheKokomoLighthouse@gmail.com. I will acknowledge receipt of your photos within 24 hours (usually much sooner). If you haven't received an acknowledgement after 24 hours, please reach out to me so we can fix any issues.

Details About our Custom Photo Lamps

There is a 2-5 day production time on these (It could be slightly longer during the Christmas season). If you need something sooner, or by a specific deadline, please send me a message before ordering.

The dimensions of our custom photo lamps are approximately 5" in diameter and 6" tall.

The base, the lamp, the bulb (Either the standard 4 watt night light bulb or a 40 watt equivalent LED bulb upgrade as an option), the lithophane photo shade, and the removable lid are all included.

Shipping

These lamps ship via Priority Mail through the USPS.  They will ship within 3-5 business days within receiving the photos.
